Refund Policy

Since Devulture.com is providing intangible irrevocable (Digital) products we don’t give refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is delivered. As a buyer you’re responsible to understand this upon purchasing any of products at our website and buyer should be sure before making any purchases. Anyway, we understand that exceptional circumstance can arise with regard to the character of the product we provide.

We will only do refunds on following circumstances:
Non-delivery of the product: due to the emailing issues of your email provider/mail server you may not receive the delivery email from us. In this case we recommend you contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery should be submitted to our Billing department in writing within 6 days from the order placing date. Otherwise the digital product will be considered received and downloaded and therefore no refund issued.
Download and unzipping/extracting issues: It may take in to place when you’re facing problems while downloading the digital product or its extracting. Claims regarding those issues must be submitted through our contact form. Failures to inform us within 4 days from the purchase date will result in your refund being declined.
Major defects: although every product is fully tested before publish, unexpected errors may occur. Such errors & issues must be submitted through our contact form. We reserve the right to rectify the error within 48 hours. If any deficiency is occurred and we fail to rectify it within 48 hours from the date of initial complaint letter/notification submitted by a buyer, the refund will be given to the buyer in full without any compensations or reimbursements. OR, at buyer’s choice, replacement of the product of the same or around the same value can be offered.
